In our company, we have a long experience in production of precise steel constructions for the earthmoving machines, metal conveyors and special steel constructions. In our own production, with the 25-year tradition, we use solely European steel. The precise steel constructions require quality. Thus the quality is guarantied through ISO 3834, 3D measurement and with the use of calibrated measurement tools. We are able to respond quickly to the customer needs.
We can check the parts with the ultrasound checks, 3D measurement tool and with the use of calibrated measurement tools. Our highly trained stuff has years long experience with the production of own jigs.
We offer machining with Duplex horizontal boring machine, CNC boring machines and also Double-column planing machine with 10m long table.
For special welded constructions, we are able to produce our own special tools and equipment.

In the past, our premises were used for the manufacturing of production machines such as: bending and curling machines, or shears. In our working team are very often members of different generations from one family and so the knowledge and traditions are inherited from one generation to another.

Most of the produced welded structures are delivered to our customer in Germany and in France – LIEBHERR, earthmoving machines. Our long-term relationship (more than 25 years) brought us a lot of experience in the heavy steel industry. This partnership brought us a lot of experience with the over-sized welded parts as with the small, but precisely machined parts.
